The Giant Supermarket, MacDonald, Burger King, 24hr food court, many restaurants are nearby 7 mins walk to Canberra MRT, bus stop at rights in front of condo. 3 bus stops to Sun Plaza and Sembawang mrt, Chong Pan market & direct bus to Changi air port as well. - Cooking is not allowed (light cooking only) - Non-smoker welcome and non alcohol inside the room. - Two days in a week for laundry - Air con & Ceiling fan provided - No visitor to unit, but able to meet up condo compound - Bed Frame, Mattress, Wardrobe and Water Heater provided - Normal working hour tenant and no shift working and no WFH - One month deposit and 1st month rental fees upon move in - Prefer tenant who will stay at least 6 months - Can enjoy full condo facilities, swimming pool, bbq pit, gym, tennis courts. etc - 1 month deposit/ 1 month advance
