Matilda Court

This room is available immediately for tenants to move in. We are a Singaporean local couple and have 1 tenant currently who is a Singaporean. We have a pet dog who is super friendly with humans and other pets. I am a Consultant in EHS, Legal and Project Management fields while my wife is an Assistant HR Manager. The room is air-conditioned and tenants will be allowed to use the air-con from 9 pm to 7 am daily. Arrangements can be made to allow use for 10 hours a day at other timings if tenant requires so. The toilet has been newly renovated. Room is furnished with a wardrobe and a queen size bed. There is a 24 hours Sheng Siong downstairs at a stone's throw. Beside it is a Kopitiam. There are 3 private clinics as well downstairs (Calrose Medical & Dr. Joyce & Partners). Buses 382G & 382W are available from the bus stop downstairs. Punggol Interchange, Waterway Point and MRT are 4 bus stops away. Cooking is not allowed. Microwave oven is provided in the room to cook maggi and other light stuff.
